Delivering automated reminders through Affiniti Health that use patient preferences for timing, language, and delivery through text or voice can reduce no-shows to 5% or less.

Once appointment reminders are setup for each appointment type, Affiniti automatically sends out appointment reminders utilizing timing established by you (such as 2 days in advance). Additionally, if a patient does not confirm by text, we can automatically send an additional text and/or a phone call to your patient. Once a patient confirms or cancels, Affiniti provides you an update so you can plan for the appointment or fill the slot with another patient on the waitlist. Affiniti also provides a you statistical report of all your confirmations sent and the results of those reminders.

As an example, the partial report to the right shows patients with diabetes who have not been in for 6 months or longer, their last HbA1c was over 9, they can live in a particular zip code and their PCP can be Dr. Smith. The filtering is virtutally unlimited and you can control how may texts/calls go out per day per campaign. You can also decide how frequently a patient receives an Outreach message. As an example, you may want a patient to receive a message only once in 45 days or 30 days, our system can automate that for you.
